RETURNS & EXCHANGES
|
Following are the instructions for convenient returns and exchanges of original
condition merchandise purchased on shopzasuu.com.
Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days (45 days outside Canada
and the USA) of your shipment confirmation email.
You can return or exchange any item that you've purchased on shopzasuu.com
within 30 days (45 days outside Canada and the USA) of shipment by sending it
back to us in original condition along with the return and exchange form (if
provided) on the invoice/receipt that we included in your shipment.
Please fill out the "reason for return section" on the back of the
invoice/receipt explaining the reason for return with your returned
merchandise. If you would like an exchange, fill out the exchange section on
the back of the invoice/receipt to let us know what you want.
If you don't have the original invoice/receipt, please send as much information
with your return as possible including the name, phone number and address where
the order was sent and/or billed to, email address and credit card or PayPal
account used to purchase the item. If exchanging, also include details of
the item(s) you would like returned to you including product code, size and
colour.

You will need to pay the shipping costs for your return or exchange when you
mail your package. We do not accept C.O.D. returns.
We won't charge you any outbound shipping on an exchange.
Once we receive your return, we'll credit the card (or PayPal account) used to
make the purchase on shopzasuu.com. Shopzasuu.com will process your credit as
soon as we receive your item and your credit card or PayPal account will
show the credit in one to two billing cycles. Please note that credit will only
be made to the credit card or PayPal account used for the original order.
