What is ZASUUTec Fibre?
Zasuutec fibre is a blend of 33% viscose and 67% polyester. Viscose is a wood-based fibre that
makes the fabric feel soft and comfortable. The Polyester/Viscose blend will not shrink, wrinkle
or crease and has superior wicking capabilities for dealing with day to day moisture or ventilation

What do I do if I lose my Password?
If you do not remember your password, click on "Forgot Your Password" on the sign in page.
We will send you an email with instructions on how to reset your password. We will not give
passwords out over the phone, nor will we email reset instructions to a different email address
than the one used to register.
What is the difference between a shipping and a billing address?
Your shipping address is where you would like us to deliver your order. Your billing address is
the same address as that of the credit card you used to place your order.
Why didn't I receive an email confirmation after ordering?
An incorrect email address may have been entered. Please call 1 888 713 5215 with
your order confirmation number and we will confirm that your order has been placed.

Although it is rare that it would be necessary for Zasuu to cancel an order, we reserve this

Incorrect Billing information (billing information you provide is different from information your

Both electronic and physical Gift Certificates are available. The certificates include:
the Gift Certificate value, redemption code and a personalized greeting that you create
when you purchase the certificate.

Electronic Gift Certificates are delivered in the form of an e-mail. Physical Gift
Certificates are delivered to the recipient (no charge) by mail. You will receive a
confirmation email from us when your Gift Certificate has been sent to the recipient.

Gift Certificates are redeemable for merchandise only at shopzasuu.com. They cannot be
redeemed for cash unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Gift Certificates are intended for single use. Their value can be used towards product
purchase, shipping and handling charges and taxes.

Lost, stolen or damaged Gift Certificates may be cancelled and replaced upon proof as
required by Zasuu. If the email message that contained an electronic Gift Certificate
is accidentally deleted, give us a call at 1 888 713 5215.
How can I find out the value of my Gift Certificate?

Physical Gift Certificates have their value printed on the front of the card.
The value of electronic Gift Certificates is included in the e-mail notification
sent to you along with your redemption code.
